Vic

I am thinking of not keeping that title, but since this is a work in progress there is no harm in keeping it for the time being. This was the second story I began writing shortly after I had begun Never Forgotten, however, not as much has been done with it as some of my other stories. I have the main idea and characters all figured out just the minor details are still trapped within my imagination. This one is my forbidden love story.

Vic is the story of a young man who was born into "The Family", but since it is all he has ever known that does not bother him as it would some. All is well with him and he is a promising member, until he falls in love with the girl of the mob boss himself. Then young Vic is faced with the tough decision, does he leave "The Family" to be with the girl he loves, thereby angering the mob boss and facing death. Or does he keep his feelings aside and face agony by being so near to the one he can never have?

Most of my childhood was spent backstage until I turned 23, then I started working for Vinnie as his girl finder. I went all over Chicago finding the most beautiful girls to be one of "Vinnie's Girls".was happy with it That was my life, and believe it or not I loved it. I never thought of leaving "The Family" until that summer, when a girl from New York named Bonnie Marie came into the club and changed my life forever.
